Believe Beyond Ability's 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
On Sunday, August 27th, we hosted our 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. It was an incredible success, thanks to our sponsors, golfers, and volunteers!
Each year, we host a best ball, shot-gun start tournament in early fall. We have fun games at game holes, like Yahtzee, Cornhole, Trivia, Hole in One, and a ball Launcher! After the golfers hit the links, they come in for our raffle prize announcements. We get AMAZING raffle prizes: sweet treats, spa certificates, clothing and apparel, tickets for sporting events, and free rounds of golf, just to name a few. We announce the raffle prizes and sit down for lunch.
This event is a labor of love. It is our ONE fundrasier for the year. Every single penny we make at this event, funds the mission of BBA. We have made some incredible relationships with our community partners, who sponsor holes, provide raffle prizes, or even sponsor the whole event! This year, Med One and Dr. Rishi Allergy and Asthma were our event sponsors, and we could not be more grateful!
The event gives us the time to connect with our Believers and hear their story of how they came to know Believe Beyond Ability. It’s also an amazing opportunity to educate our community on who we are, what we do, and why we are so passionate about it.
This year, we had the most golfers YET and raised a grand total of just over $19,000!!
