So how does it work and how do I get an AT kit?
You qualify to receive an AT Access kit if you are an active therapist working in the state of Arizona. If you are interested, you will fill out this GOOGLE FORM. We will review your google form and determine if we have a kit available for you. Prior to receiving the kit, you are REQUIRED to complete a "tech assist."
A tech assist is a 30 minute virtual consultation session with one of our board members/therapists. During this tech assist, we will review the equipment in the kit, discuss the purposes, implementation methods, and field any questions you have. Our goal is to have you feeling prepared to implement these pieces of assistive technology with efficiency and accuracy. Once you complete the tech assist, we will let you know when the kit is mailed out to you. You can keep the kit up to 4 weeks before sending back to us. You will be provided instructions on where/how to send the kit back.
