Assistive Technology Giveaways!
Although Assistive Technology is invaluable to a person's ability to access the world, it can be expensive, and that is a big barrier. It is our mission of our non-profit to provide people with the assistive technology products that allow more active engagement in play, social experiences, community, mobility and communication.
At the end of 2021, we were extremely fortunate to have received a very generous donation from Marten Transport. Each year, Marten chooses an organization that one of their employees and their families have had personal experience with. For example, in the past, Marten has donated to children's hospitals where employee's children have been patients. We were the extremely grateful recipients of their donation to start off 2022. Due to their generosity, we have been able to purchase items and do what we have always wanted to do: consistently get assistive technology to the people who need it the most.

April 2022 Giveaway
In March/April, we were able to do a giveaway of the Step by Step Communicator, by Ablenet. The Step by Step switches are voice output devices that allow for recordings of a series of messages. Some versions also have 3 "levels", with each level storing its own series of messages. You can find them on Ablenet's website.

January 2022 Giveaway
In January/February of 2022, we were able to do a giveaway of the Talking Buttons. The Talking Buttons are small, recordable voice output buttons. You can record up to 10 seconds of audio, and re-record as often as you want!
